Chapter 1902 AORN of New Orleans sent Angela Young as a first-time attendee and Chapter Delegate to Expo 2016. Each delegate who is sent by the chapter is required to write a summary of their experience at Expo and Congress. Angela stepped-up and created something a little more magical.
